At FOTOLEO, each artwork is carefully produced with attention to detail, color, presentation, and packaging. Because our canvas prints are made to order, we ask that you review the artwork, size, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Made-to-Order Artwork

Each FOTOLEO canvas print is produced individually after your order is placed. Your artwork is printed according to the size and production details selected at checkout.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference after the order has been placed and production has begun.

This policy allows us to produce each piece with care while maintaining the custom, made-to-order nature of our fine art canvas prints.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want every FOTOLEO artwork to arrive in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the artwork
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Any visible damage to the shipping box or tube

Once we review the information, we will determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Color and Display Differences

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, screen calibration, lighting conditions, and the environment where the artwork is displayed.

Minor color differences between what appears on a screen and the final printed canvas are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Cancellations may be possible only if production has not yet begun. Once the artwork has entered production, the order can no longer be canceled because it is being made specifically for you.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to produce and ship each artwork within the estimated production and shipping time shown at the time of purchase.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with an update. If your order cannot be shipped within the expected time frame, we will provide available options, which may include approving the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

Final Sale Items

Because FOTOLEO canvas prints are made to order, all completed orders are considered final sale unless the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
