At FOTOLEO, each artwork is carefully produced, printed, inspected, and packed before shipping. Because our canvas prints are made to order, production and shipping times may vary depending on the artwork, selected size, and order volume.

Made-to-Order Production

Each FOTOLEO canvas print is produced individually after your order is placed. Your artwork is printed on premium artist canvas and prepared with care before it is shipped.

Please allow time for production, quality review, and careful packaging before your order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Area

FOTOLEO currently ships within the United States. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in an artwork, please contact us before placing an order to discuss possible options.

Shipping Method and Packaging

FOTOLEO canvas prints are shipped as rolled canvas prints, carefully packed for professional framing.

Frame is not included unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

We take care to protect each artwork during transit; however, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and keep all packaging materials until you are satisfied that the artwork has arrived in good condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will also be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package has been scanned.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

FOTOLEO is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped, but we will do our best to assist you if an issue occurs during transit.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to produce and ship each artwork within the estimated production and shipping time shown at the time of purchase.

If an unexpected production or shipping delay occurs before your order has shipped, we will contact you with an update and provide available options, which may include approving the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

FOTOLEO is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the shipping box or tube, the packaging materials, and the artwork before discarding anything.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at ofj@fotoleo.us and we will do our best to assist you with the next steps.
